Sheet Properties Settings

The Sheet Properties window of the BIMpak Settings is used to create Sheet Properties Map files. The Sheet Properties Map files are then used in the Populate Sheet Properties tool. Sheet Properties Map files just link properties in a structural framework element with properties in a view sheet. Using the Populate Sheet Properties tool with a map file will cause values in the element to be added to the associated parameters in the view sheet.

To create a new Sheet Properties Map file click the New button or the Copy button with a defined map selected in the list below the buttons. Then, use the Add and Remove buttons to set all the associations between the family parameters and the view sheet parameters.
