Copy Assembly Parts Settings

This page of the BIMpak Settings window has the settings needed for the Copy Assembly Parts tool. To perform the copy correctly which families and components to include or not include must be defined. There are four different categories.
Provide any strings that the family name can CONTAIN to be included. For example, the default value is LIFT so when copying specialty equipment any family that contains the word LIFT in its family name will be copied.
Enter any values the Component Type parameter can CONTAIN to be included. Similar to comparing if a value is contained in the family name, this uses the Component Type parameter as defined in the General Parameters tab of the BIMpak Settings. The default values are: REBAR and LIFT.
Enter any strings the Component Type parameter must be EQUAL to to be included. This comparison will check if these values exactly as entered are EQUAL to the value in the Component Type parameter. The default values are:

To have certain element NOT INCLUDED in the Copy Specialty Equipment tool, enter values that the Component Type parameter can CONTAIN. The default parameters are CONNECTION and EMBED. So if a specialty equipment element has a Component Type parameter value that contains either CONNECTION or EMBED then it will NOT be copied.
