Copy Legends and Symbols

Description

This tool allows legends and symbols to be copied from one sheet to another. To use it, click the Copy Legends and Symbols button. Then, navigate to the sheet that contains the views to be copied. Click on each legend and symbol to be copied, then click the Finish button. This will bring up the Copy Legends and Symbols dialog window shown below:

The window contains a list of every sheet in the project. Select all sheets in the list that are to receive the copied views. There is a search box that will filter the sheet names to make it easier to find specific sheets. Once the sheets are selected, click Okay and the views will be copied to the selected sheets and placed in the same position as the original sheet.
