Activation and Deactivation

Sometimes your software will ask you to re-enter your activation information. This can be caused by a lack of internet access, moving/deleting the license file, among other things.

Instructions

If prompted to enter activation information

  1. See Managing Activations for instructions on how to reset or view activation's.

  2. Once you have reset the activation on the customer portal you can input the license ID and password,

  3. If succsesful you will receive a activation complete screen,
