Managing Activations

You can manage the activation for your license from the customer portal. This is useful if you need to reinstall or move a installation.

Instructions

Once signed into your customer portal account:

  1. Select Licenses & Activation's

     

  2. On the next screen you can select either the License ID or Product from the available list.

     

You can view the activation's remaining on this menu. 0 indicates all licenses are currently active.

3.Once we are viewing the license details you will have an option at the bottom to Manage Installations.

 

4. From the Installation History menu you can view all current and previous activation's throughout the duration of your subscription to the software. Selecting the red X next to “Active” will allow you to deactivate.

5. The license will now have a status of Deactivated and the activation's left will be increased to 1.
