Demonstration mode on printed reports

If your reports are displaying Demonstration License follow these steps

 

Instructions

  1. Ensure your UserName.esy file is placed in the installation directory

     

  2. If the file is missing, place the one provided at purchase. If one is already placed in the installation directory, ensure the program is closed and delete it.

  3. Once the UserName.esy has been placed/replaced start the software and print a new report to test if the issue is resolved.
