Upgrading from Demonstration installs

If you requested a trial of PSBeam or ETPier and purchased a full copy, these instructions will walk you through making sure the proper version is installed.

Instructions

1. Open control panel and locate the demonstration version of the software and uninstall

   Open

   

    

2. Install the full version of the software once uninstall is complete. Ensure the installer is not labeled Demo

   Open

   

    

3. Once installation is complete place your UserName.esy into the installation directory to complete the setup. See UserName.esy File for more information
