On the Static Loads window, there are two options to choose from for the foundation model type: uniform loads and trapezoidal loads.

Uniform Loads

The uniform load option assumes the bottom slab is rigid, and applies the upward reaction force as a uniformly distributed load on the bottom slab.

Trapezoidal Load

The trapezoidal load option assumes the bottom slab is semi-rigid, and applies the upward reaction force as a triangular/trapezoidal load on the bottom slab.
