Eriksson Culvert Longitudinal Load Distribution for E80 and E90 Loading

In previous versions, Eriksson Culvert limited the longitudinal distribution of wheel loads for E80 loading to 5 feet. In this context, the longitudinal direction refers to the direction of traffic.

Starting with version 6.3.6, Eriksson Culvert introduces an updated algorithm to calculate the normal distribution of wheel loads. However, this distribution will still be capped at 5 feet if both of the following conditions are met:

  • AREMA is the selected specification.

  • The truck load is either E80 or E90.
