Renewals of Eriksson Software products can be completed within the customer portal. Renewal of an existing subscription is the easiest way to ensure uninterrupted use of the software. Once renewed the activation information remains the same and re-installation is NOT required.
Instructions
To renew your subscription sign into the customer portal.
At the license portal home select Renewals & Upgrades
The Renewals & Upgrades menu will provide a full list of all subscriptions and upgrades available.
You can now add your renewal to the cart. This will redirect you to accept Eriksson Software’s End-User License Agreement before allowing you to process the transaction with a credit card. A confirmation receipt including license details will be emailed to the primary email on the account after order completion.
Once a product has expired the option to renew will no longer be available. Contact sales@erikssonsoftware.com for assistance
