Fixed a bug where double clicking pipe files would not open the program.

AO/Other Live Load computation changed to use either the length of the live load spread in the direction parallel to the span or the outer diameter of the pipe as the width of pressure.

AO/Other Live Load now is equal to Pressure * “Width of Pressure”. Previously was pressure * OD
