Supported Specifications

Eriksson Pipe supports several editions of the AASHTO LRFD Specifications and the AASHTO Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges, along with the CHBCD Specifications.  The following specific versions are supported:

The selected design specification can be freely changed during the design process. Access to the specifications type is provided in the Project Settings dialog box. When the specifications are changed, design parameters that are specification-dependent and which have been designated as “automatic” (e.g., load and resistance factors) will be automatically updated to reflect the particular design specifications selected. As a result, it is recommended that when the governing type of specifications is switched, the input data and results be carefully reviewed to understand the full extent of the changes.
