Description

Allows the user to bulk modify the above, below, prefix, and suffix properties of multiple dimensions at the same time. When the user runs the tool, a window will give the user to define what text they want to place in the four positions. From there, the user can select all dimensions they want edited. When finished, pressing ESC will end the operation.
