Start-Up Screen

When you start the program, the first window you will see is the start-up screen. From here, you have multiple options to open an existing file, or to start a new project.

To start a new job, the user can use one of the program default files in the center of the screen or click ‘Use Custom Start Up Files’ to access user defined start up files. These files exist at a user specified folder on disk which can be edited using the buttons at the top of the window here:

It is typical to create a library of start up files containing the typical values the user inputs. These are often stored at a central location to be shared between multiple users. To change the folder where the program looks for start up files, use the folder icon shown above.
