Fixed an issue where the eccentricity input in non-symmetric sandwich panels was not reported correctly.
Updated the calculation method for partially composite panels. Camber and cracked section properties are now interpolated between fully composite and non-composite cases.
Allowed negative elevation input for concentrated loads.
